Teak wood is pretty much unaffected by insects, acids, alkalis and fungus making it ideal for outdoor architectural elements because of its ability to withstand weather from very hot to icy cold.

Teak lasts and lasts…
Teak requires little or no maintenance regardless of the environment to keep its original look. In some cases, Teak has been brought back to its original stunning golden brown colors after years of neglect. For Teak to keep its original looks it is recommended to seal the wood annually with an oil or finish. If not maintained yearly, Teak ages gracefully overtime becoming more elegant with hues of silver, greys.
Our grades of Teak are responsibly sourced and have all proper paperwork, permits and documentation and our Teak wood species are not listed in the CITES Appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
